These Gold earrings feature five Tourmalines in the colours light pink, purple, light and dark green.
They all exhibit the top quality AAA and are cut as lustrous cabochon half sphere cups.
Each of the solid 9K-Gold circles have been hand linked individually.
This work has been designed and goldsmithed in my workshop in Yorkshire.
Tourmaline is a colourful semi-precious stone, which this necklace has in its pink, yellow, blue, green and amber colour nuances.
Its name comes from the Sinhalese (a Sri Lankan dialect) word 'tura mali', literally meaning 'the stone of mixed colours'.
The most expensive ones are the blue Indicolite, the green Verdelite and the pink Rubellite that you can see here.
Tourmalines are usually given on 8th Wedding Anniversaries.
If you were born in October the Tourmaline is your birthstone along with the Opal.
