DIAMOND TWIG | Necklace in Sterling Silver (made to order)

This necklace features a solid Sterling Silver twig set with a natural, uncut unheated, untreated rough white diamond as stylish pendant.
The piece was created and finished at my workshop in East Yorkshire.
Slight variations are to be expected on hand crafted jewellery as they are so much unlike mass produced items.
The raw and organic look only adds to their uniqueness and beauty. 

'Nature meets Natural' is one of my newest collections.
Each piece is handcrafted meticulously by me at my workshop , situated in the heart of Hessle (a little town outside Kingston Upon Hull).
'Nature meets Natural' is a reflection of my love for natural, rough and pure gems. 
Rough diamonds are untouched raw material – pure.
They are crystals of pure carbon that form under crushing pressures and intense heat.
They form in the Earth's mantle, at a great depth, crystalising at über high pressures, taking over a billion of years to finish the circle of formation

Diamonds owe their name from the Greek expression "Adamas" which means unconquerable.
It symbolizes the eternity of love. This is by far the most popular of all stones throughout the ages.
This crystal clear form of carbon reflects light beautifully.
Diamond is a symbol of love, innocence and purity.
If you wear a Diamond you are blessed with strength and endurance.
Diamond is used to strengthen the reproductive organs and the kidneys.
Because this stone is composed of a single element, it is considered to be purest of all gemstones.
It is the birthstone of people born in April.

The chain is 47cm long.
The pendant has a total length 44 mm and it is 3 mm strong.
The diamond has a diameter of 3.7 mm.
