Show off your hands! Rings are Beauty for your fingers.
My rings are made of Sterling Silver, Gold and precious stones.
I use different methods and tools to work the metal into the shape, one of it is the so-called Rolling Mill that imprints a custom relief on the precious metal.
In other rings I work out intricate shapes and forms in wax, melt it out of a gypsum casing and cast molten metal into the form.
The rings then need quite a few more steps to file, smoothen and get the desired finish.
When there's a stone involved there are numerous ancient methods to create for instance a bezel which holds the precious piece securely in place.
Rings really became widespread in Medieval times. All classes of people wore rings from the poorest to the richest. Rings were typically made of iron, copper, silver, and gold. The material of the ring worn usually indicated the class of the wearer.
All my pieces are unique and when it comes to rings, you want to know the finger size, if it is for the ring finger, pointer, thumb, middle or the pinky, left or right or even for a toe. In most cases rings can be adapted and resized. Use my ring size calculator, or contact me.
