Bauhaus Zirconia | solid Sterling Silver Ring with Gold edges and a CZ (sold)

You're looking at a design piece that's been inspired by the Bauhaus Era in the beginning of the last century,
clear forms, lines and egdes meet with a matte surface on the top and a super smooth surface on the inside.
It's a solid Sterling Silver band ring and the milled lines are 24ct Gold plated.

The ring carries a sweet and shiny Cubic Zirconia in a flush setting.
The advantage of this smart levelled setting is that it doesn't catch easily.

The Cubic Zirconia, also known as CZ, reflects the light beautifully and sparkles just like a Diamond.
Because of its durability, and close visual likeness to Diamond, synthetic Cubic Zirconia has remained the most gemologically and economically important competitor for diamonds since commercial production began in 1976.
Its main competitor as a synthetic gemstone is the more recently cultivated material, synthetic moissanite.

This ring is a size P, circumference in (mm) 55, European size 15 and this is a unique piece.
