This is a handmade solid Sterling Silver ring holding a large, faceted, oval, natural pink Umba Sapphire in the exquisite quality AAA.
The Umba Sapphire is a unique type of fancy Sapphire that has been mined in East Africa only since the 1950’s in the Umba Valley of Tanzania.
Fancy Sapphire (Umba Sapphire) comes in a vivid array of colours, there are 67 different colours of this kind, exhibiting a coloration uncommon to Sapphires sourced from other parts of the world.

Sapphire is known as the gem of the heaven and is also called ‘The Divine Gem’.
Shades range from dark blue to bright blue, but there are varieties of Sapphire that are golden to reddish orange and violets as well.
Its symbolic meanings: Faithfulness, sincerity and devotion, make it a popular choice on engagement rings.
The Sapphire is known to grant spiritual enlightenment, inner peace and courage, used to calm mental strain, strengthen bones and promote a healthy life.

The pink Umba Sapphire is 13 mm long, 11 mm wide and 5mm high.
The polished shank is 2.9 mm wide and 1.2 mm thick.

This Sapphire ring is a UK size J, which is a 49 mm inside circumference, that's a US size 4 3/4 and this is immediately available.
If you require a different ring size, I need up to two weeks to alter the ring. (will be £10 extra)
