You're looking at a handmade ring that carries a stunning oval Lapis Lazuli in deep blue with black and white speckles in a Sterling Silver setting.
The surface of the Silver has been handwrought to have a hammered texture and forms a tapered spiral around your finger.
Through the open design the size is therefore also adjustable to some extent.
In ancient times Lapis Lazuli was most highly regarded, because of its beautiful colour and the valuable ultramarine blue dye derived from it.
Its name comes from the Latin word 'lapis', meaning "stone," and the Persian word 'lazhuward', meaning "blue."
Lapis Lazuli deposits are formed by multiple minerals, mostly Lazurite, Sodalite, Calcite and Pyrite, and it is a rich medium to royal blue with gold flecks (pyrites).
Please choose your ring size.
All my pieces are unique and when it comes to rings, you want to know the finger size, if it is for the ring finger, pointer, thumb, middle or the pinky, left or right or even for a toe.
In most cases rings can be adapted and resized.
Use my ring size calculator (click here), or contact me (click here). I'll be glad to help you.
