The setting is 14.7mm in its edge length and 7.5mm high.

This large ring is a UK size O 1/2 (US size 7 1/2), which is a 56 mm inside circumference and a 17.8 mm inside diameter.

Rings can be worn not only on the main ring finger, of course.
