This is a handcrafted Gold vermeil long necklace featuring two different translucent gemstones, the Moonstone and the Labradorite.
95 faceted, blue fluorescent shimmering Madagascar Labradorite roundels have been hand-knotted using Gold vermeil chain links.
8 large faceted and rose cut Moonstone discs have been handset in Gold vermeil and shimmer in rainbow colours.
Gold vermeil is Sterling Silver with a thick coating of 24K Gold.
The Labradorite has a grey to green appearance with dots and also a stunning green metallic sheen with occasional blue reflections.
If you look closer, you can also see a sparkling from within, which are tiny crystals within the Labradorite.
Labradorite with its iridescent play of colours, was first found in 1770 on St. Paul Island, the Labrador Peninsula in Canada.
This stone is believed to help you see through illusions and determine your dreams and goals.
Moonstone, too, is surrounded by a good deal of mystique and magic.
In many cultures, for example in India, it is regarded as a holy, magical gemstone.

This long necklace is 89 cm long.
The 8 oval Moonstone discs are sized 16.2mm x 14mm to 19mm x 14.5mm and the 95 Labradorite roundels are 4.5 mm in diameter.
