Mandarin Garnet Eyes | ear studs drop shaped faceted | Sterling Silver (sold)

These Sterling Silver ear studs have the shape of eyes or drops and the most beautiful orange colour.
As you can see there is a twist with these studs.
I have set two sizes into Sterling Silver: One of them has the ear pin soldered at the very edge of the drop, while the other one has been soldered on the curvy part of the drop.
They reflect individuality. We all are so unique and different.
The word Mandarin Garnet was coined after the fruit which is a citrus fruit similar to a tangerine.
These rare semi-precious stones come from Namibia and are a kind of Spessartine,
a variety of reddish-orange garnets.
The Mandarin Garnet speaks of individuality and confidence.
It has an unusual brightness and positive aura to it, sparkling intensively.
Slices of Garnet have been used in windows in churches and temples,
and according to the legend, Noah has suspended a garnet in the ark in order to disperse light.
